Wetter in Salzburg

Das Klima in Salzburg ist meist gemäßigt, obwohl es im Winter (von Dezember bis März) oft zu starken Schneefällen und niedrigen Temperaturen kommen kann. Im Sommer beträgt die durchschnittliche Tagestemperatur meist angenehme 20°C, im Juli und August kann das Thermometer jedoch manchmal sehr ansteigen. Durch die Nähe zum Alpenraum sind ausgeprägte Föhnlagen mit warmem und trockenem Südwind keine Ausnahme.

Im Winter locken die nahen Skipisten, im Sommer die vielen kulturellen Veranstaltungen. Salzburg hat das ganze Jahr über etwas zu bieten.

Pressure is measured in millibars (mb)
Visibility based on whether the human eye can see the following distances:
  • Very poor - less than 1km
  • Poor - between 1km and 4km
  • Moderate - between 4km and 10km
  • Good - between 10km and 20km
  • Very good - between 20km and 40km
  • Excellent - more than 40km
